Update on scholarship thing.
I have my letter of recommendation, the form is 98% filled out, I have a copy of my transcript, and I have around a week to mail it. After that, I will have to wait until July to hear back from them.
I’m all set for this. This is likely going to net me $16,000 dollars. That means I will not have to pay for tuition, books, room or board. All the money I earn from this internship, that I need to check the details of, will go purely toward luxuries.
I expect to take home at least $2,500 from this summer, around a thousand of which will likely go to furnishing my dorm, and buying new clothes for UTA.
I need to moderate my excitement, as I’ve been burned plenty of times by being over-excited.
